Up governent (India) states showing the forensic report that rape was not committed on Hathras gang rape issue. The ADG (law and order) Prashant kumar explained also that there is no any traces found on the victim's body.

Now the question is; how you can found semen traces if you collected sample after 96 hours of rape.

According to forensic experts, "sample should be collected within 12 hours, by this can collect sample without contamination.

If any extreme condition is there then you can collect sample within 12 to 72 hour.

If you taken more then this it's nearly impossible to find sperm traces from collected sample.

Second very important thing is that, In a verdict, the supreme court had said in 1994

"Non availability of semen traces on body is no basis for Rejecting rape."

The commander of law and order have no idea about it.... Now imagine what conditions of law and order here..

After big political blow, government suspended  5 officials.

Is this enough? Only suspension. It will take maximum 90 days to resume the services.
