Corona the second wave

 Now we are facing the second wave of corona. Per day 2 lakh new cases filing here.  The worse thing in this 2nd wave is that, the corona virus got mutant this time and become deadliest and also affecting lower age group severely.  Lucknow city (India) become Wuhan of china. Dead bodies are in waiting list for cremation. Here electrical machines and JCBs are utilising to shifting and burning of dead bodies. National capital Delhi facing ventilator scarcity. There is no bed remaining in hospitals to admit new patients. Economic capital mumbai had also worse condition. Now question is, what our government did regarding preparation to fight with such pandemic after first wave last year. The same problen was there, Less ventilators,less testing kits, insufficient protective kits, insufficient hospitals. More over from last year this time we facing oxygen scarcity too. But it is remarkable that in modern era we often listen about female harrasment in india.  So many cultures in various communities not allows females for even their fundamental rights. They are restricted by variety of social restriction. Now time has come to give them status of equality , without it we can not be a human. In indian concern it would be must. Many institutions offering  for this courses. Marketting of strategy makes it hot topic for parent and students. Every student want to become a programmer. They want to built there on application. Students have a good hope that they can build there on gaming app like PubG. Here, I want to draw attention on,how the things miss the actual direction specialy in indian schooling system. We always find shortcuts. Skill is always secondary thing for us. What is the objective,we don't have serious interest on it. Just copy others. This time develop countries working on artificial intelligence and focusing how to develop our own application. We always late. Observation about corona virus

Hello guys, here I giving some observation about corona virus and varied effect on human. At very first I had heard about corona virus when I was in 12 standered in my school education. I never assumed that in future it will lockdown almost whole the world. It is just like Rhino virus, general symptoms of this infection is cough and cold. Generally infected human can recovers within 6 - 7 days.  Cough and cold is general symptoms of Rhino and corona virus , it's very common in human population. These all categories as Ritro virus. Ritro virus is such kind of virus which genetic material is RNA. In past we don't faced such epidemic conditions about these infections do we didn't focused about vaccines. Here is to be know that viruses can not be killed by antibiotics, we can minimize only its effect. Case of covid-19 is little different from all above mentioned. Since I have watching movie movie,I observe often that Hero or heroin of movie insult their teacher in class room and all other students sitting over their laughing loudly (As a comedy scene). We the people feel very entertaining to watching this.late comers making joke of teachers , they make smart excuses fool the teacher, student bunk from class to meet their dear one,student making some discomfort to teacher, All these watching we lough, enjoy. Covid - 19 pandemic totally destroyed the carrier of private teachers. Majority of schools exploiting teachers regarding their sellary (as possible as minimum), added new solution that of to decrease their sellary about 30 to 50%. They have their own opinion that is "Gaurdians are not paying fee." Gaurdians have their own opinion that is  "online teaching is only formality to withdraw fee from Gaurdians , online teaching not effect." What will teachers do in thease conditions Number of students switched to government school to avoid burden of bulk fee deposits. This is why strength also decreased. Government not taking notice about it. They did't announce any releaf  package for the teachers. Almost government vacencese are pending in courts due to high-level corruption by their own government officials. According to forensic experts, "sample should be collected within 12 hours, by this can collect sample without contamination. If any extreme condition is there then you can collect sample within 12 to 72 hour. If you taken more then this it's nearly impossible to find sperm traces from collected sample. "A special team is working behind the scene." Second very important thing is that, In a verdict, the supreme court had said in 1994 "Non availability of semen traces on body is no basis for Rejecting rape."  On 14 September, a heart wrenching visual seen in uttar pradesh (india). A girl belong to schedule caste had left in field half strangled,bearing multiple fracture,naked,bleeding and parallelized for dead.  These all done by 4 local resident belong to upper caste of same village.  Now look at the next situations: even after complaint to local police station the officials are denied to register FIR. The victim's family member approaches higher officials, tried to protest then FIR registered just for "molesting". Look at the officers, a half dead body they did't recognized. How blind deaf dumb officers. You can understand why they did like that. Some is there who instructed them to do and defiantly he would have authority of law and order. Finally after a painful struggle the dead. Medical report denied about gang rep.Police officers brought the dead body to village and forcefully cremated body around 02:00 AM without will of their parents and family member.  No family

In india, the main cause of crime is pulice and judicial system. Recently a girl dead by severe injuries on their tongue,legs,hands..... 4 boys of their village molested/reped/attempt of murder whatever it could be. According to postmortem report it's not a rep case. Pulish administration forcefully done crimination of dead body. AIIMS refuse to admit the victim. At very first pulice administration not mentioned appropriate sections.                Here I want draw attention on the working culture of pulice department, top medical institutions. All these are for VIPs only not for public.  In almost cases, misconduct start from local pulice stations.  Our judicial system is too slow for public. in case of political benefits or VIPs it works well. How you can imagine a good society here......really it's very very and very unsecure place.
