Bihar election and corona protocal

India has the greatest importance of election, any thing may be possible here. This is the only issue in which bottom to top leaders shown there seriousness. They can't take any chance even if the citizens life in danger. As you see in Bihar or you can say as shown here is dramatic decrease in frightening of corona epidemic.

It looks like every body developed immunity against corona infection. If it's occur, then ok, can be recovered soon. It is as same as Brazilian president comment about Heard Immunity for  corona epidemic. This is all about play with the mind set of peoples.

According to WHO, "In the coming days, the condition of infection may become even more frightening. It's estimated that every 10th people if world infected by corona and the data show by government of infected people's may possible to 20 times more than all cases reported so far.

The goal of goal of safe election by the election commission is only paper appears as other government policy, rules, regulations. Power centered  individuals violate rule regulation for their cheap comfort level and these paper remains in dust bin air conditioned rooms.

It seems the local administration has been given most important responsibility to fine vehicles. Government knows that large number of people don't follow rules and regulations and it is a good source for generation of revenue. Government will keep continue this gold layered hens. It is unofficially declared that if corona affect voting and voters , election campaigns.....let them violate.

You can see a large number of people in crowd for electoral nomination, they not covering their nose and mouth, even not keeping social distancing. What is it mean?

The local administration almost neutral just focusing of collection of fines. 

This is the local administration who charged sticks on citizens during lockdown. Now they snake sniffed. Electoral battle dominating corona Battle even if the citizens life in danger. Otherwise you will not see such views.

It has been ironic with India that rule and regulations would have been made but only to be seen. This is because they don't want to be ashamed in front of world community. If any adverse situations for their personal interest occur, they break immediately and the regulatory authority will play pan to pan games and prove himself impeccable. Over the period of time all the thing are forgotten.

              Basic sense is infected with personal/institutional interest that is why system going in to ICU for uncertain times. The public has been deceived since decades and still being deceive. Politicians has been succeeded in putting a veil of ignorance on the mental surface of the people's.

People who are determined to stay away from reality, will continue to provide a favorable environment for them to be nurtured and develop.
