Disappointment of private teachers

Covid - 19 pandemic totally destroyed the carrier of private teachers. Majority of schools exploiting teachers regarding their sellary (as possible as minimum), added new solution that of to decrease their sellary about 30 to 50%.

They have their own opinion that is "Gaurdians are not paying fee."

Gaurdians have their own opinion that is  "online teaching is only formality to withdraw fee from Gaurdians , online teaching not effect."

What will teachers do in thease conditions


Number of students switched to government school to avoid burden of bulk fee deposits. This is why strength also decreased.

Government not taking notice about it. They did't announce any releaf  package for the teachers.

Almost government vacencese are pending in courts due to high-level corruption by their own government officials. Selection procedure also have too much rat holes so that fair selection is nearly not possible. Number of teachers are going to croos their age limits.



How teacher are helpless may be never imagined. Is teachers not a citizen of india,  not a part sciety, are they not contributing in wellness of nation.

Why they are facing such ignorance? If the teachers feeling ignorance, helpless, disturbed,disappointed what they will transfer to the students they teach.


Thease all setting a bad exam example towords teachers and definitely it's conseaquences appear in near future.

 A few days ago, our defense minister, one of the pillar of ruling party(BJP), addressed people of Bihar. It's was very interesting to know that he shown their seriousness in education in Bihar specially in teacher recruitment failure. He is in cabinet ministry continue since 2014 , what he did in these durations? Why he felt such problems in these days. They have a clear concept how to attract votes. But time has changed. No body interested to listen them. It is to be think what leaders even top leaders think about us. They are still in misconception. They think whenever they speak/announce, the whole public follow, listen ,support them. It's just a gag.
